InboundX is a white-label pay-per-call platform for brokers and networks. The call floor runs under their brand: real-time pings from publishers, calls into agents’ browsers, live transcripts, and billing that triggers when the caller qualifies. InboundX runs at inboundx.io.
One account, three logins. The owner sees the floor, listen-in, pings, transcripts, recordings, disputes, wallets, and an audit log. Agents work in a browser tab, with nothing to install. Publishers see their own calls, pings, earnings, and invoices. They do not see the owner’s price or agents.
A call moves from ping, to accept, to ring, to transcript, to qualify, to bill. A campaign can bill when what the caller said meets its rules, such as age or state, or on call length instead. If an agent disputes a charge, the owner decides from the recording and the transcript.
The workspace wears the customer’s brand: logo, colors, subdomain, and email. Published pricing is one plan at $499 a month plus $0.06 a minute, with transcription included. Agents top up through the workspace’s own payment processor.
